The ‘Journal for Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology and Biosafety’ is an international scientific, open access and peer-reviewed journal which publishes papers from all areas related to veterinary medicine, biology, biotechnology, biosafety and biosecurity. The series issued quarterly in online and hard copy versions in English only.

Aims and Scope

Journal for Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology and Biosafety is a peer-reviewed scientific publication that publishes original articles in all fields related to veterinary and biological sciences.

The aim of the publication is to provide informational support to the veterinary and biological community, promote the implementation and development of modern methods for monitoring, diagnosis, and prevention of animal diseases, as well as to highlight current issues in biotechnology, quality, and safety of livestock products.

Frequency: the journal is published four times a year.

Publication languages:English.

Access: the publication adheres to an Open Access policy.

No Publication Fees

The editorial policy of the journal provides for a complete absence of any payments from authors at all stages:

• no submission fee;
• no peer review fee;
• no article processing charges (APCs);
• no publication fee.

Publication of all accepted articles is carried out on a free of charge basis, regardless of:

• article type;
• material volume;
• number of illustrations, tables, or appendices.

Independence of Editorial Decision

The decision to accept or reject an article is made solely based on the results of peer review, the scientific quality of the material, and its relevance to the journal's profile.

Financial conditions do not influence editorial decisions, as publication in the journal is completely free for authors.

Additional Services

The journal does not require mandatory payment for any additional services as a condition for the consideration or publication of a manuscript.
