Summary. The
article observes capability of cow embryo lung (CEL), calf coronary vessel
(CVC), sheep kidney (SK), and calf kidney (CK) passaged cells cultures to
reproduce bovine leukemia virus after integration of pathogen field isolates.
The presence of pathogen proviral DNA was detected by
molecular-genetic studies at different cultivation stages. Increasing of
hemagglutinin titer in CVC, SK, CK, and CEL cell cultures was
established in between 5–6 passages.
